The hotel offers spacious and well-equipped rooms in a separate building, striving to be a 5-star establishment. However, the interior quality is cheap, and the entertainment options are lacking. The service is exceptional with highly attentive staff, though cleanliness regarding the dog mess is an issue. The location is stunning, but some noise from adjacent beach clubs may affect tranquility. The dining experience is varied and enjoyable, catering to a wide range of tastes.
Although the hotel was in front of the sea, the room's location adjacent to the service laneway meant constant loud music until 9pm from the adjoining hotel's pool. Despite this, the service was understanding and accommodating, even allowing us a late checkout for our babies. The location is ideal for exploring Seminyak's attractions, although the dining experience, although lovely, was poorly organized with limited choices. The facilities were fantastic, especially the beachfront setting.
My stay at the hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a tropical feel, and I especially enjoyed the patio that opened up into outdoor living space. However, the view overlooking what looks like the slums was a drawback. The swimming pool was excellent, very comfortable, and had everything one might need.
Staying at this hotel was a delight! The rooms felt like spacious designer apartments, incredibly comfortable with ample closet space and amenities. Having a host like Mully, who was always available, added a personal touch to our stay. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to restaurants, bars, and a beautiful beach. Despite some noise levels on certain levels, the tranquility behind the tall concrete wall made our experience very peaceful.
The hotel is conveniently located near the heart of Seminyak's nightlife with accessible walking distance to great places. The rooms are spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable, albeit showing signs of age. The friendly service at the Seasalt restaurant is exceptional, offering a welcoming atmosphere and freshly cooked meals to order. The location is ideal for exploring but may get noisy due to nearby beach clubs like Mrs Sippy. The dining experience offers an extensive menu and a great buffet spread. Overall, a good value for the money.
My 7-night stay was fantastic! The rooms were beautiful, the swimming pool awesome, but the view was marred by a concrete fence overlooking Mrs Sippy bar, limiting balcony use in daytime. The standout was our wonderful butler Uda, now the communication head host.
I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spectacular with a beautiful view over both the ocean and one of the pools, making it great for a family. The service was top-notch, and the location offered the perfect balance of tranquility and nearby attractions. The dining experience had room for improvement, but overall a fantastic choice for a Bali getaway.
